It’s Monday again!
And Tj and I (Soup) have comprised a very useful, fun and amazing list for you… So sit down, buckle up (preferably after you get the food) and get ready for a hell of a ride!
Tj – Bold Suzann – Normal
Book Sequels That Are Better Than The First…
Crooked Kingdom (Six Of Crows #2) – Leigh Bardugo
This show stopping sequel has gone above and beyond the first book (which is ridiculous considering how AMAZING! it was)…. The characters, the world and the story have just made me fall in live with this book all over again and I could not be any happier…
New Moon (Twilight #2) – Stephenie Myer
Because Edward leaves and he annoys the heck out of me and Jacob is Bae.
Heart of Betrayal (The Remnant Chronicles #2) – Mary E. Pearson
While The mystery of the first book got me hooked the introduction of a true ‘bad guy’ just uplifted this story beyond amazing and I fell in love with this story again…
Harry Potter (Chamber of Secrets #2) – J.K. Rowling
Each Book is better than the last one and an we just appreciate the Weasley family in The Chamber of Secrets
Glass Sword (Red Queen #2) – Victoria Aveyard
To be honest while I enjoyed the first book I was a bit hesitant to start this book but oh my goodness am I glad I did… This is such a step up from the first book in plot, world building and character development, even if you only just liked the first book, give this one a try…
Eldest (Inheritance Cycle #2) – Christopher Paolini
The series starts to get really interesting and captivating in this thrilling sequel
Clockwork Prince (The Infernal Devices #2) – Cassandra Clare
This Entire series is hilarious and captivating but I have to say Things really start to heat up in this is second book and pave the perfect path for the third and concluding book in the series…
Diary of a Would Be Princess 2 – Jessica Green
These books aren’t very well known but the 2nd book is soooo clos7e to what my childhood was like (specifically year 6) it’s ridiculous…
Dragonfly in Amber (Outlander #2) – Diana Gabaldon
The first book to this series draws you in with it’s time travel and hot Scottish men and this sequel keeps you hooked with thrilling plot twists and more hot Scottish men… What more could you want?
Narnia The Lion The Witch & The Wardrobe (Narnia #1/2) – C.S. Lewis
Because technically the magician’s nephew is the first book… technically… I just love this book…
That’s it guys!
What’d you think? Anything you would add? Anything you’d take away?
I (Soup) am looking for something to read at the moment and am open to any suggestions! Please help me out!
Until Next Time!
Keep the Nerdling Army Strong!
